Submission checklist

This checklist will help you prepare your images according to our submission guidelines.

  1. Edit your collection of images:
    1. No glamour.
    2. No trademarks or logos¹, if you want to sell Royalty free.
    3. No series of 5 or more similar images.
  2. Check images for quality:
    1. Correctly orientated and aligned.
    2. Spotless images.
    3. Free of film rebate or borders.
    4. Not sharpened.
  3. Please check that your images meet our technical criteria and are:
    1. RGB not CMYK images.
    2. High-quality JPEG files (level 10 or above in Photoshop).
    3. Bit depth of 8 bits/channel.
    4. Minimum uncompressed file size of 48MB.
    5. Maximum compressed file size of 25MB.
    6. Alpha-numeric file names ending in ‘.jpg’.
  4. If you are sending your submission on CD/DVD:
    1. Media labeled with your name and email address.
    2. Package labeled as “of no commercial value”.

¹ Do not submit images images that solely feature a logo or trademark as this is a copyright or trademark infringement.
