Anyone else having this problem?
I have over 50 images I need to keyword. When I go to the Manage Images program, it opens and partially loads but the program just sits there and no images appear.
I can leave it like that for 20 minutes and none of images are displayed... I have tried it on my desktop and my laptop and the results are the same.
Anyone else having this problem?

I've just finished keywording a batch and dropped in here to see what's happening.
No problems>

Similar situation here, rest easy, it's probably the system updating new images. If you try the "old version" you can keyword but no thumbnails are visible if thats any help.

Same here. Only had the problem since I downloaded a java update. Might be coincidental ;-)

Hmmmm.. its been over 24 hours now... I am starting to get a bit concerned about what happened to the images.

Alamy are aware of the issue and it's being sorted, so nothing to be concerned about.

Strange. I had just finished with some keywording of new images when I popped into the forum and saw this thread. Everything is working fine for me right now.

I've just completed keywording a set and everything seems in order.

I find that I cannot use the AOL browser to keyword and I had to switch to Google Chrome. Maybe this will solve your problem.

Ok, hopefully its gets sorted.
I have tried both Safari and Firefox and still no joy... each spot where a thumbnail should be displayed just shows "loading" and stays like that no matter how long I wait....

Not working for me either.
Hopefully it will be sorted by tomorrow.

It was the same before and after the Java update for me so I doubt if it is that.

Anyone still got a problem?
Having not done them last night I've now got a few to catch up with.
I've just done half a dozen, the system was a bit slow but other than that was fine, and now it won't let me open any more.

I had this problem this morning. I just kept reloading and/or closing and opening the Manage Images page for a few minutes... more like an hour... and everything was OK, slowly but surely the images showed up. I had 20 images not showing by the way... I don't know if it would take longer to get more to show up but I suspect it would. Keywording is done and all is right with the world...
