If you do have releases, what is the best way to go?

What about property release requirements? Can these be sold as editorials? If so, what parameters should be set?

I apologize in advance for this question, (my first post), but I've searched and searched both the site and forum, and just can't seem to find the information I'm looking for. Trying to find information about model releases, how to upload them, etc. I'm waiting now for my first QC screen, so does that information come up somewhere once someone passes? Same for keywording, I didn't find any place for options to keyword when I uploaded my first QC photos. Is that something that can be done after a photo passes QC?
