Restrictions
A few of our licensed images are subject to restrictions which are a known industry means of stopping the use of an image. They occur because:
- the image is being used, or has been used, exclusively elsewhere.
- the contributor doesn’t want to sell the image in a particular territory or market for practical or moral reasons.
We indicate clearly on the image details, how and where an image has been restricted. In these instances, the price calculator won’t allow you to price up an image for a usage that has been restricted. We recommend that you avoid wasted effort by not using these images for layouts.
