Whilst we recruit for Customer Service Executives in our US office, we require a temporary resource in the UK to give practical support until this process is complete.
The role
Duties include dealing with a number of in-bound enquires, general administration, billing and providing quotes for various client projects with some involvement in sales promotion. A confident telephone manner as well as strong team and organisational skills are essential. Sales or negotiation experience useful, but not essential, as relevant training will be given. This position also requires a reasonable knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel and Outlook) and an interest in media and the creative marketplace.

Essential criteria :
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Good self management skills; must be highly organised and able to work on own initiative, prioritise workload, and meet company deadlines.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident to deal with queries efficiently and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- A positive attitude to the demands created by the role with a best practice approach to customer service at all times
