Ltd, the aptly-named Upper Crust is, in fact, a luxury restaurant in a custom-built London double decker bus.The Upper Crust offers you - and overseas visitors, for £10 a head, a champagne ''welcomed aboard'', and a four-course meal which included smoked salmon, Scots fillet steak and strawberries and cream.
