The Black Pearl, Captain Jack Sparrow's ship in the film series "Pirates Of The Caribbean" has been overhauled and renamed for the latest film "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides." The Black Pearl was transformed into the Queen Anne's Revenge, by adding a third deck and other distinguishing features. Total length of the craft is 110'. Originally a metal service boat, the frame has been expanded three feet and the ship was built over it. Johnny Depp will return to "On Stranger Tides" and will be joined by new co-star Penelope Cruz when the film is released in 2011. Honolulu, HI. 7/6/10
