The Twelfth Night annual seasonal celebration took place in the Bankside area of London. January 6th is Epiphany and Twelfth Night which is the traditional end of the Christmas festive season and a celebration of the New Year. To herald the celebration the Holly Man, in the Winter guise of the Green Man from pagan myths and folklore, decked in evergreen foliage, arrived at the Globe Theatre from the River Thames on the Thames Cutter, Master Shipbroker.
