Finnieston Crane or Stobcross Crane now disued but a landmark of Scottish engineering on the north bank of the River Clyde in Glasgow . Built by Clyde Navigation Trust, it was situated at Stobcross Quay and completed in 1932. It is now disused but retained as a well recognised symbol of the city's engineering heritage. It measures 50.24 metres (165 ft) tall and has a 77 metre (253 ft) cantilever jib and a lifting capacity of 175 tons.
