India Office - Service Desk Administrator

Job Title: Service Desk Administrator

Location: Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala

Type of Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday

The Alamy Service Desk Administrators bridges the gap between the IT Services team and end-users by ensuring users receive top-notch, customer-centric support. The ServiceDesk team manage day-to-day IT Operations, adhering to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). The Administrator makes day-to-day decisions on service provision, monitors customer satisfaction, and works with teams to improve services.

Your responsibilities involve (not limited to) the following –

  • Ticket Logging

  • Ticket Resolution

  • Ticket Management

  • Major Incident Handling

  • Problem Management

  • Change Management

  • Service Management Reporting​

Mandatory Experience and Skills required:

  • 2 - 4 years IT support or related experience

  • Proficiency in using IT Service Management tools

  • Basic understanding of IT and IT Systems such as Windows and iOS

  • Familiar with the ITIL framework

  • Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is valuable.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

  • Teamwork and time management skills are essential.
