A tatty old concrete post surrounded by weeds situated at the side of the road amongst the bushes bearing a bright Yellow sign with a black painted "H" and the number 3 in the top and bottom of that "H" indicating a 3 inch main supply 3 feet away from the sign in the road. The whole post was once yellow painted but the paint has now mostly weathered and fallen off the concrete.
