"August 2009 marks the start of a memorable rugby season when Twickenham Stadium celebrates its centenary. The stadium’s first rugby match took place on October 2nd 1909 between first tenants Harlequins and Richmond. January 15th 1910 saw Twickenham’s first international, England vs Wales. The 2010 RBS 6 Nations will see England face Wales on February 6th to commemorate this.
