Megaliths in Bena, the most traditional Ngada village (Flores - Indonesia). Located on the flank of the Inerie volcano (7, 364 ft above the sea level), it shows houses with high thatched roofs lined up in two rows, the open space between them being taken up by pairs of symbols of the continuing presence of ancestors: the ngadhu (male ancestors) and the bhaga (female ancestors) and strange megalithic structures as well. Most Ngada practise a fusion of animism and Christianity. Bena, le plus traditionnel village Ngada (Florès - Indonésie). Situé sur l' une des pentes du volcan Inerie (2.245 m), il montre des maisons à hauts toits de chaume alignées sur deux rangs, au milieu desquels sont présentés par paires les symboles de la perpétuelle présence des ancêtres: les ngadhu (ancêtres mâles) et les bhaga (ancêtres femelles) plus d' étranges structures mégalithiques. La plupart des Ngada pratiquent la fusion de pratiques animistes et Chrétiennes.
