Tom Leppard, the "Leopard Man of Skye, " was for a long time the world's most tattooed man, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. His Leopard-print tattoos cover over 99% of his body. Now approaching 80 years old, he lived until recently as a hermit on a remote part of the Isle of Skye, Scotland. His home was a converted old farmhouse, built of rocks and tarp. Despite the rough living conditions, he lived comfortably, kayaking to the nearest town a few times a month for food and supplies. Now too old to sustain the hermit lifestyle, he has moved into town.
