03 March 2020, Saxony-Anhalt, Burg: A soldier of Logistics Battalion 171 fills a spare canister for a US Army vehicle. The military vehicle is being transferred from a depot in Belgium to Poland for the US-led exercise "Defender Europe 2020" and was refuelled at the site by Bundeswehr soldiers. As part of the large-scale exercise, around 20,000 soldiers are to be transferred from the USA across Germany to Eastern Europe.
