103-year-old London woman celebrates birthday in hospital. Ms James, who is hundred and three years old today, is celebrating her birthday away from home for the first time. She is present in St Matthew's Hospital, Hoxton, but she had all her relatives gathered in the ward for the celebrations. Neighbours had contributed towards a huge birthday cake and a boat trailer hundred and three flowers.
