11 June 2021, Hamburg: Journalists follow the dismantling of a Boeing 707-430. One of Lufthansa's oldest jet aircraft has been being dismantled in Hamburg since Friday. After removing the interior, a special company began sawing apart the Boeing 707-430 with the registration D-ABOD. The industrial auction house Dechow wants to auction off as many individual parts of the traditional aircraft as possible in September, together with the parts of an aircraft of the same type that was disassembled in Berlin-Tegel a few weeks ago.
