1960, historical, a AEC Regent RT bus, No 233 going up a slight incline on a leafy suburban London street, England, UK. The double-decker bus carried passengers on the Finsbury Park - Muswell Hill (Alexander Park) route. The RT was the standard London bus of the 1950s - and even outnumbered the famous 'Routemaster' bus throughout the 1960s - and for a bus first delirerd in 1939, it remained in service for 40 years until 1979.
