The most common place to visit for aerial view in Berlin is of course the Berlin TV tower. This spot is good for general view, but especially bad for photography as it is a view through window. Us, panorama photographers starve for a clear view without any obstacles. The "Panorama Punkt Berlin" at Potsdamer Platz offers exactly this. At least when you carry a long pole with you to attach your fish eyed camera ;)
