The Federal Franz Josef Land Nature Reserve, the Russian Arctic National Park. Tegetthoff is a cape in the southern part of Hall Island. It was the first piece of land seen by the discoverers of Franz Josef Land archipelago – the members of the Julius von Payer and Karl Weyprecht expedition. It was named after the expedition's ship "Admiral Tegetthoff".
