Snow covered Victor plateau on Kalemegdan fortress in Belgrade, Serbia, one winter night. Pobednik monument(The Victor) is the most recognizable Belgrade landmark. Located on the large plateau in Kalemegdan Fortress it was erected here after World War I to commemorate the Kingdom of Serbia's war victories over Ottoman Empire (First Balkan War) and Austria Hungary (World War I).
