In Thailand, there descendents have settled in the area of Baan Tam-Ngob, Chaiprakarn, Doi Mae Salong, Chiang Rai Province. Today there are very few exiled Kuomintang soldiers still alive. They try to preserve as much historical evidence in their area as they can.
