A German powder flask, dated 1597 Carved body made from staghorn, on the front side depiction of the Slaying of Abel by Cain, on the reverse side an engraved tropaion, scroll and date. The terminals and the spout made from horn, the spout shaped like a bear's head, the plug with a broach. Four iron carrying loops at the sides. Attached luring whistle.
