A stuffed Polar Bear at the Coop shop in Longyearbyen on Spitsbergen, Svalbard. Climate change poses a huge threat to Polar Bears. As the sea ice retreats, they lose ground and time to hunt their main prey, seals, which they can only hunt on sea ice. Latest research shows that the Arctic will be free of sea ice by the 2050's and Polar Bears will become extinct in the wild.
