A U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon from the 79th Fighter Squadron at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., refuels from a KC-135 Stratotanker assigned to the 340th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron, over an undisclosed location, Nov. 13, 2019. While assigned to the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing at Bagram, the F-16s will help provide decisive airpower through the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
