A U.S. Navy landing signal enlisted sends off an SH-60 Seahawk helicopter from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) on Sept. 13, 2005. The Truman is currently operating off the Gulf Coast in support of hurricane relief efforts. Department of Defense units are mobilized as part of Joint Task Force Katrina to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency's disaster-relief efforts in the Gulf Coast areas devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
