Anti-gravity treadmill. This treadmill is designed to take the weight off a patient undergoing rehabilitation therapy for injuries to the lower limbs. The patient stands inside a rubber 'skirt' and their lower body is sealed inside a plastic 'bag'. This is then inflated to partially lift the patient off the running surface, reducing the weight and therefore strain placed on their joints during use.
