Bill Maloney, then executive Vice President in Statoil (now Equinor) next to a well pump at the newly aquired oil wells in the Bakken Shale Oil field. Statoil bought the wells and prospects from the Brigham Oil company. Maloney is now on the board of directors at Trident Energy and ATX Energy.
