Nellie the fish, a giant metal fish sculpture arrives in Bournemouth to promote recycling and single use plastic. 2 metres high and made of reclaimed metal it encourages visitors to recycle and dispose of their plastic bottles and metal cans by feeding Nellie. Tons of rubbish, including plastic bottles and cans, were just left by visitors on Bournemouth beach last week and had to be picked up by council workers and volunteers.
