CAMP HANSEN, OKINAWA, Japan— Steel plate targets sit on the range during the United States Marine Corps Marksmanship Competition-Far East Dec. 6 aboard Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan. These plates are painted orange, black, or white, depending on the line of fire and if they are no-fire targets.
