Students and service members who complete training and courses will be equipped, with an understanding of stressors placed on the body, the rigors of egress and techniques for survival in situations of hostile and austere environments. Navy Medicine Operational Training Command (NMOTC) is comprised of six nationwide detachments that offer specialized medical training in the fields of aviation, aviation survival, surface and undersea warfare, expeditionary and special operations medicine.
