The flower is large, thick cream colored, on the order of a calla lily— but dif- ferently shaped—it bears a fruit resembling an ear of corn with the odor of pine-apples, and is said to be prized in Mexico. It grows in sheltered places outside in Southern California. Fine for pots. We have a limited stock at $2.00 to $5.00 each. Carex Vilmorini: the New Decorative Grass.
