With lockdown 2 starting today Thursday 5th November the normal vibrant bussling streets of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire are quiet. Non essential shops have closed due to the restrictions and the streets are empty bar a few shoppers venturing out to see what is open. The Spa town is popular with shoppers from across the region who travel for the mix of independent and boutique shops alongside the household names.
