A mourner paying his respects at the tombstone and grave site of famed Chicago Cubs baseball star Ernie Banks. The grave is located in Graceland Cemetery only a few blocks from Wrigley Field where Banks played home games for 19 seasons. Long after his playing career he represented the Cubs and the game of baseball as an ambassodor. Though born in Dallas, Banks made Chicago is home during and after his playing career. Graceland Cemetery is also the final resting place for many icons of Chicago industry and architecture that were instrumental in defining the city's evolution and growth.
