The Hilliard Towers Apartments, (formerly known as the Raymond Hilliard Homes), built in 1966, is located on the South Side of Chicago. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. When opened the complex was designed for senior and low-income family residents. After its redevelopment it is now home to middle-class residents and subsidized lower-income families and seniors.
