Chinese workers clear away the refrigerators burnt out in the fire on a truck after it collided with an oil tanker on the Huyu (Shanghai-Chongqing) Expressway in Anqing city, east Chinas Anhui province, 6 August 2013. Three people were killed and 14 others were injured in the fire following a collision between an oil tanker and a truck on an expressway in east China on Tuesday (6 August 2013). The accident occurred after midnight on Tuesday when the truck loaded with refrigerators collided with the oil tanker filled with 29 tons of gasoline on the Huyu Expressway which links Shanghai and Chongqing in the area of Anqing city in east Chinas Anhui province. The gaoline leaked from the tank and was ignited on the road, burning out 6 vehicles including the truck. 3 persons died and 14 others were injured in the fire as well as another going missing. The injured were sent to local hospitals immediately. An investigation into the cause of the accident is under way.
