Commander Andrew Underwood (left), captain of the Royal Navy's newest Tyoe 23 frigate HMS Richmond, welcomes aboard the mayors of three Richmonds from around the World whilst paying a goodwill visit to London today (Friday) before the ship is formally 'adopted' by Richmond-Upon- Thames this Sunday. Mayor Leonidas Young jnr (right) of Richmond, Virginia, Mayor Bob King of Richmond-Upon-Thames and Mayoress Katherine Carr of Richmond in Yorkshire all pronounced the ship well and truly shipshape.
