Dai Dower And The Big Promoter. New British flyweight boxing champion Dai Dower and his manager went to see the big fight promoter Jack Solomons this afternoon. Dai Dower (the new mighty atom), the 21-year-old Welsh Miner, who became the British and empire flyweight champion when he beat Eric Marsden at Harringay last night to day visited Jack Solomons, the promoter and is here seen shaking hands with Solomons, with his wife, Evelyn, which he married a month ago, looking on.
