Graffiti says: "Con fuerza y sin temor, lucha hasta la muerte. Guerreros milenarias presente." "With strength / force and without fear, fight / struggle until death. Eternal warriors present." Bottom right is the name Manuel Quintín Lame, who was a Colombian indigenous rebel from the early 20th century who tried to form an independent indigenous republic.
