East Midlands Railway Class 170 Turbostar number 170271 rounds the curve at Findern to join the main line at North Stafford Junction with the much delayed 10:10 Crewe to Newark Castle service on 26 May 2023. The service was delayed by 90 minutes due to a fallen tree near Uttoxeter resulting in its early termination at Derby. This former Transport for Wales operated 2-car Diesel Multiple Unit retains its previous livery but with EMR Regional branding added.
