Expedition 60 Soyuz Commander Alexander Skvortsov of Roscosmos, flight engineer Drew Morgan of NASA, and flight engineer Luca Parmitano of ESA (European Space Agency) launched from the historic pad to begin their mission to the International Space Station at 12:28 p.m. Eastern time (9:28 p.m. Baikonur time) on July 20th.
