Feb. 02, 1981 - The Pocket Television Mr. Clive Sinclair showing in London his pocket television, which is fitted with a special flat tube which enables the set to fit the pocket. The miniature set, incorporating FM radio, was designed by the Sinclair Research Laboratories in Cambridgeshire, and is to be manufactured next year by Timex of Dundee, one of the world's largest watch-making companies. It is expected to sell for around £50. It;s size is 6 x 4 x 1 inches.
