Brands Inc, announced Wednesday (23 November 2011) it has signed a deal with Sinopec Corp to open chain restaurants in Chinas most spreading Sinopec gas stations. Zhu Zongyi, president of Yum! Brands China Division, said Sinopec gas stations would help his company expand business into counties and well-off townships. Yum! Brands has already deployed seven restaurants within the Sinopec network in Shanghai and Guangdong. The company also expected to build up to 50 similar ones in selected Sinopec gas stations in the coming five years.
