Mr RP Croom Johnson, K C, her counsel, said that Myra was walking home from school from school along a Lane End, Finchley last January when a motorcycle combination driven by Mr Sidney Kirby Usher, of Chiswick ran onto the pavement and pin the child against a garden wall.
