Grey seal with yellow plastic flying ring round its neck, most likely lost at sea by a tourist. Reported this seal to the Friends of Horsey Seals who aim to rescue and treat injured Grey Seals whenever possible. they also work to educate the public on the dangers to wildlife from using this type of toy.
