Gun will speed riveting The new one-hot riveter and the special nails fired by the gun penetrating ***** steel plate. The riveter is fired by small calibre blank cartridges. Buyers will have to register as a firearm a fastening-gun now being introduced to Melbourne from America. This is because the gun uses a blank cartridge like that of a 22 calibre rifle. It drives specially made bolts through steel and concrete. The gun, which weights 6½lb in all, has a small barrel which screws into its body. A rubber pad on the handle minimize recoil.
