After all, the Chinese did invent fireworks... Here we see New Year fireworks in Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour in 2005. That was then. Nowadays, there is not much to celebrate in the city, with COVID and the 'Mother Country' crushing all life, joy and freedom out of the Territory.
