The spindly snake was held in the bullfrog's mouth. JAKARTA, INDONESIA: INCREDIBLE images taken from a garden in Indonesia show how an African bullfrog attempts to eat a vine snake who manages to bite back before becoming dinner for the frog.Like unruly spaghetti photos show how the 20-inch vine snake wriggled valiantly about, even managing to take a bite out of its predator before becoming engulfed by the ten-inch African bullfrog. Another shot captured the moment the thin vine snake tries to free itself by snapping at the two-pound heavy bullfrog, while still being encased in its jaws. Photographer Tanto Yensen (43) from Jakarta, Indonesia captured these incredible close-up shots of an African bullfrog attacking and eating a vine snake in his own garden in Indonesia. The African bullfrog in question was Tanto?s beloved pet, who he photographs frequently with a Sony ILCE 9 with macro lens. Tanto had seen cobra snakes, vine snakes, and python snakes in his garden before, but had never captured the astonishing moment his African bullfrog decided to chomp down on a snake himself. Tanto was less than two-feet away from the frog while photographing the colourful creature and was taken aback when his frog?s mouth reached for the near-by vine snake. African bullfrogs have much stronger jaws than many assume of the small animal, as they have been known to eat rodents, reptiles, and in some cases have even been known to bite birds. The vine snake was around double the length of the bullfrog itself, nearly 20-inches, so Tanto was incredibly surprised the frog attacked and succeeded in making a meal of the spindly snake. What was even more surprising was that Tanto did not conceal himself from the frog in order to gain these photographs, and sat less than two-feet away from the frog for around ten-minutes before he was able to capture these amazing images. ?I feel so lucky to have captured the moment, ? he said. ?The frog is my pet I bring out to the garden and in the garden s
