Just Like in the Old Country: This group of Welsh singers who work in Darryl F. Zanuck's production of "How Green Was My Valley" at 20th Century-Fox are really housewives, clerks, contractors and bankers who temporarily gave up their jobs for this movie task when the studio discovered their vocal abilities at the local Welsh church. Here, on the huge set representing a Welsh village, they are rehearsing under the direction of Tudor Williams, Welsh concert singer, for the benefit of Director John Ford, extreme right. November 3, 1947.
