Ukrainian serviceman and activist Pavlo Petrychenko was a sergeant in the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade and the author of the petition that urged to limit online casinos for military personnel during martial law, which garnered the 25, 000 votes needed to be considered by the President within hours of its publication. News of Petrichenko’s death came on the evening of April 15. The soldier died in Donetsk region while on a combat mission.
